ArcelorMittal has completed a INR 2,350 cr acquisition of Odisha Slurry Pipeline Infrastructure by paying the full principal amount to creditors thereby securing a crucial asset for transportation of iron ore to the company’s steel plant in Hazira. The Steel Ministry has identified four slurry pipeline projects with an investment of INR 8,000 cr as part of National Infrastructure Pipeline.
