In recent deals concluded, a Russian supplier sold 25000 t of HMS1&2(80:20) to an Aegean region based steel mill at $261.50/t CFR basis. In another deal, Black sea region based steelmaker booked a Baltic-origin cargo of HMS1&2 (80:20) at $260/t, shredded at $265/t and bonus at $270/t CFR basis. Steelmint’s assessment of US origin HMS1&2(80:20) scrap stands at $263/t CFR.
