Bangladesh mill books 10,000t Japanese Busheling scrap

A major steelmaker in Chittagong booked a cargo from Japan at the opening of this week, consisting of 10,000 t of Japanese Busheling-scrap, at a price of $287-288/t CFR Chittagong, significantly lower than their previous Japanese bookings in June, as Japanese export prices have collapsed sharply in the last 3 weeks, by at least around $47/t since mid-June.
