Turkish ferro-alloys imports in May’20 surge by 26% m-o-m

The Turkish ferro-alloys imports have noted an m-o-m rise of 26% in May’20. The silico-manganese imports captured the largest share; 70%, in the total ferro-alloys imports. During the period under consideration, Ukraine stood the largest exporter for silico-manganese with 13,839 t while Norway and South Korea were the major exporters for ferro-manganese with 2,723 t and 1,975 t respectively.
