Nepal billet imports rebound in Jun’20

Nepal’s billet imports in Jun’20 rebounded to 60,604 t against 21,331 t May’20. Imports had hit 4-years low in Apr amid lockdown and have now rebounded gradually. While long steel imports by the country were registered at 19,301 t in Jun’20, an increase of 98% against 9,746 t in the previous month.
