Farm equipment major Escorts Ltd has reported 21.1% rise in total tractor sales at 10,851 units in June against 8,960 units in the year-ago month. Domestic tractor sales were at 10,623 units in the month as against 8,648 units in Jun’19. Growth is attributable to pent-up demand of the lockdown period and better farmer sentiment due to good monsoon prediction.
