Odisha’s Badampahar iron ore mine was put up for auction yesterday (30 Jun’20) . The auction got closed at a premium of 95.15%, as per sources. 13 companies qualified the technical round. M/s Lal Traders & Agencies (P) Ltd was the existing lessee of Badampahar iron ore mine block and the mine has an EC limit of 1.5 mn t pa & has a total geological resource of 6.16 mn t iron ore.
