Producers of Basic grade Pig iron located in the CIS, continue to maintain prices at previous levels.
There has been no alteration in prices, owing to weak buying interest in the past two to three weeks.
Russian origin Pig iron is being offered in the range of $405-425/MT FoB Baltic Sea and that from Ukraine is being quoted in the range of 365-385/MT FoB Black Sea.
Trading activities have slowed down drastically due to falling prices (standing at low levels) and no deals have been concluded in the last couple of days.
