Indian steel mills have further raised HRC export offers by $5-10/t following hike in global offers. Current HRC export offers stood around $445/t CFR basis against offers at $ 435-440/t CFR Vietnam. Also improved buying from Vietnamese buyers pushed mills to increase offers
