The billet imports in China stood at 4,36,464 MT during Apr’20, registering an M-o-M decline of 16.9%. The same was recorded at 5,25,379 MT during Mar’20. However, on a Y-o-Y basis, the country’s billet imports registered a growth of 17 folds from 25,072 MT in Apr’19
