World Steel Production Drops 13% in April on COVID-19

World crude steel production has dropped by 13% in the month of April’20 to 137 MnT against the same period in preceding year, according to World Steel Association (WSA). World’s largest steel manufacturer, China, reported stable output, where as rest of the world reported a fall of 28%.
