China Steel Corporation (CSC) announced its preliminary results for the fourth month (Apr) of CY’20. The company’s carbon steel sales volumes in Apr’20 dropped 11% compared to Mar’20.
The carbon steel sales in this month totaled 857,500 MT, with 67% of domestic sales, while the same in the previous month was recorded 962,092 MT.
The accumulated sales volume of carbon steel as of Apr’20 totaled 3,584,078 MT, with 68% of domestic sales.
Founded in 1981, China Steel Corporation produces a range of products including plates, bars, wire rods, hot and cold rolled coils electro galvanized coils, electrical steel coils hot-dip galvanized coils and Ti/Ni-base alloy. The company’s crude steel production capacity is about 10 MnT per annum.
