National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)has approved the resolution plan of CarVal Investors and Nithiya Capital Resources Advisors for two Uttam Galva companies – Uttam Value Steels and Uttam Galva Metallics. This involves settlement to financial creditors of both the companies.
