As per reports, Iran’s Deputy Minister of Mines and Mining Industries has ordered mills producing rebar and beams to supply 60% of their output on Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) and to export only 25% of their total steel production. Thus, Iranian mills have to first fulfill domestic requirements before going for exports.
