Korea Southern Power Co Ltd (KOSPO) has published a tender for purchase of steam coal of quantity 160,000 MT for Korean Genco’s Power Plants.
Bidders are requested to offer a minimum of 80,000 MT (per month) in two lots of panamax on FOBT basis. It was also required that the preferred laycan must be indicated for more than fifteen (15) consecutive days within the shipping schedule.

The offer given by the bidder shall be valid for the period of 3 business days from the date of tender closing. Although if necessary KOSPO can request the bidder to extend the validity period of the bid.
