KIOCL Limited (KIOCL), a Govt. Of India Enterprise and an Export Oriented Unit (EOU), invites sealed tenders from reputed & experienced Service Providers to provide a platform for conducting e-tender for the sale of Pellets & other products.
KIOCL is looking Service provider (Agency) for conducting bid process in Auction/Tender.
Scope of Work:
- Conduct e-tenders among the buyers as per the list provided by KIOCL for each tender
- Publishing Online Tenders & Corrigendum to KIOCL's buyers
- Tender Promotion via Email Alerts, SMS and voice calls among overseas or domestic buyers as per the list provided by KIOCL
- Conducting Online Pre Bid Meeting/offering clarifications when required with demonstrations to both KIOCL officials and KIOCL's buyers
- Tender Document Management.
General Conditions:
- The bidder should be an ISO: 9001-2000 & 27001-2005 or latest certified company
- The solution being provided should be an Open Source Technology using Linux, Java and MYSQL. The solution should run on any browser, and any operating system
- Bidder should be a Company in India registered under the Companies Act 1956
- Bidder is not a Joint Venture / Partnership
- Confirmation on ownership of the Software and its source code
Quantity: Quantity of tender three per month
