Bharat Aluminium Company Limited (BALCO), an Indian Aluminium producing company, is inviting bid for sale of different lots of MS & CI scrap from its plant in Korba, Chhattisgarh.
The sale of the all the materials are strictly on “AS-IS –WHERE-IS” and “WET, DRY OR RUSTY” & “NO COMPLAINT” basis.
General Conditions:
- Excise Duty, Sales Tax, Additional Tax and Turn-over Tax or any other taxes as applicable under the relevant Sales Tax Act will be charged extra at the rate prevailing at the time of delivery and the rate offered shall be exclusive of all taxes.
- Dismantling / Loading / Unloading will be carried out by the purchasers at his/their own expenses. The purchasers shall have to arrange for all tools & tackles and labour at their own expenses.
- The Company also reserves the right to negotiate with tenderer. Only First Three Highest Tenderers against each lot will be called for negotiations, if required.
- Loading/Unloading will be carried out by the purchaser at his own costs & risk. The purchasers at their own cost will arrange Crane, Labour etc. Non-availability of the same will not be considered as a ground for ‘Late-Lifting’ of the materials.

- Mixed MS Scrap (Light)
- Mixed MS Scrap
- Mixed MS Light Scrap
- CI Scrap (Valve, Roller, Handle etc.)
- Mixed MS Scrap (APH Basket )
- Mixed MS Scrap (Including GI Scrap)
Total Quantity: 2,800 MT (Approx)

- Due Date: 1600 hrs IST on 21 Nov, 2013
- Bid Opening Date: 1030 hrs IST on 22 Nov, 2013
