India: SAIL's Tender for Purchase of Medium Carbon Silico Manganese for its Salem Plant

SAIL invites bid for the supply of 2400 MT of Medium carbon silico manganese for its Salem Steel Plant  through the process of online Reverse auction.

Price discovery will be made in three phases initially for 800 MT and balance depending upon production.

Silicon:                       20.0% Min

Carbon:                      0.5% Max

Phosphorous:           0.15% Max

Sulphur :                   0.02 % Max

Size: 10-70 mm (90% Min)
