The Karnataka Illegal Mining buzz has jumped up another level. The Karnataka Government has agreed that the iron ore was being exported out of Belekeri and Karwar ports without proper permits. The Karnataka High Court has directed the Commissioner of Customs to disallow export of Iron ore from these two ports until further orders.
The Mangalore Port is shut on account of rains in the State.
