Talwandi Sabo Power Limited (TSPL), a Vedanta Group company, invites bids for purchase of 300,000 MT Imported/Domestic Non Coking Coal on ‘FOR Delivered basis to TSPL, Mansa, Punjab.
Bids submitted, to remain valid and open for acceptance for 30 days from the date of tender opening.
Specification:
Gross calorific value (as received basis): 4,200 kcal/kg
Volatile matter (air dried basis): 28 to 35%
Ash (air dried basis): 8% max
Total moisture (as received basis): 28% max
Sulphur (air dried basis): 0.5% max
Eligibility criteria:
The bidder should be a regular supplier of bulk quantities of non coking coal and must have supplied and handled minimum 0.5 MnT non coking coal in any one financial year during last three financial years.
The annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding financial year as on the last date of bid submission shall not be less than INR 200 Crores.
Due date (IST):
Due date of bid submission is 24 Dec’18 till 11:00 hrs and techno-commercial opening is scheduled on same day at 11:30 hrs.
