Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) is an integrated power plant equipment manufacturer and one of the largest engineering and manufacturing company of its kind in India.
The company had invited a global tender for purchase of 13,500 MT carbon steel/alloy steel round rolled bloom for manufacturing of hot and cold finished seamless steel tubes/pipes as per Indian Boiler Regulations (IBR) at Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu. The total quantity of bloom is to be supplied in 5 lots and the delivery of all the 5 lots should be completed within 160 days from the date of LOI/PO released in CFR basis. For indigenous suppliers, the delivery should be completed within 170 days.
