The Taiwan Power Company (Taipower) is a state-owned electric power utility providing electric power to Taiwan and off-shore islands of Republic of China, has invited a open tender for purchase of 640,000 MT bituminous coal.
General conditions:
The material shall be shipped by 8 Panamax size vessels, carrying 80,000 MT+/-10%.
Bidder may offer one or more shipments.
The bid bond is USD 80,000 or TWD 2,540,000 per shipment.
Delivery Schedule: September 2018 through December 2018
