Spot iron ore prices moved up by $2-3/MT as market witnessed some gradual increase in buying interest.*
Fe 63.5/63 Indian cargo is being quoted at $174/MT i.e. up by $3/MT from last week prices.
Chinese mills have started restocking but in small amounts as uncertainty still lie in market. Chinese Government’s move to check inflation by tightening monetary policy has further made market players cautious.
