Hetauda Cement Industries Limited (HCIL) has invited a tender for purchase of 7,000 MT non coking coal from mines owner or authorized agent or reputed suppliers at plant site of HCIL, Nepal.
The offer given by the bidder shall be valid for the period of 120 days from the date of bid opening.

The delivery of the material at HCIL site shall be started within 7 days from the date of agreement or receipt of L/C and completed within 120 days.
The supplier must deliver the coal as follows:

| Within 90 days | 7,000 |
Due date (Nepal Standard Time):
The due date for submitting bid document is 25 Jul’18 till 12:00 hrs and the bids will be opened on same day at 15:00 hrs.
