SteelMint Exclusive,
On Wednesday evening, Steel long (May Contract) witnessed a spur of Rs 300/MT from 28,600 levels to 28,900 level.* However, to many’s surprise such an increase didn’t have much effect on the physical prices. Mandi Gobindgarh continued to quote Ingot at Rs 31,100-200/MT in morning trades on Thursday, with only few trades being concluded. There was no change in 10-ani plates prices as well, as that continue to trade at Rs 31,200/MT.
Market continues to remain weak owing to bad finish off-take.
