Highlights
of the market:
* EU Scrap prices are being quoted at the same prices seen yesterday i.e. $ 495-500/MT but exporters are planning to raise their quotes in
the coming days as Turkey will re-enter the market post Ramzaan
* In the domestic market, Scrap at Mandi Gobindgarh was offered at Rs 27,000/MT for HMS (80:20) i.e. it moved up by Rs
300/MT from yesterday. Apart from that scrap prices remained unchanged at rest of the mandis' due to sluggish demand from the steel manufacturers.
