The next round of e-auction of Chrome Ore will be held in the 3rd week of September (expected date 18th September, 2013) and the new prices will be made effective from 25th September, 2013.
A total of 91,000 tonnes of Chrome Ore was on offer in the recently conclude e-auction, out of which 78,000 tonnes was friable ore and 13,000 tonnes were concentrated ore.
The H1 price of different grades of sized Chrome Ore is given below:

Allocations
Jindal Stainless Ltd. (JSL) has been allotted 22,500 MT from the State quota. Similarly, Visa Steel and Rohit Ferro-Tech Limited have been allotted 11,700 MT and 13600 MT from the state quota respectively.
From outside the state quota, Sribasavi Industries has been allotted 6800 MT. Similarly, Shyam Ferro and Rohit Ferro-Tech have been allotted 5600 MT and 4000 MT respectively.
Visa Steel has also been allotted 6100 MT of Concentrated Chrome Ore.
Similarly, Jindal Stainless Steel Ltd. and Shyam Ferro have been allotted 4000 MT and 1700 MT of Concentrated Chrome Ore respectively.
