India: Maharashtra Govt to Auction Mineral Blocks

Department of Geology and Mining (Govt. of Maharashtra) is conducting an e-auction to grant 12 different Iron ore, Bauxite, Copper, Manganese, and Limestone block in Maharashtra.

Interested and Eligible bidders can participate in bidding only after purchasing of the tender document on payment of Rs. 500,000 per mineral block.

Lohardongri iron ore block is located in Chandrapur district of Maharashtra and is under the G2 level of exploration. The block has geological reserves of 1.48 MnT with 60% Fe average grade. The total area comprises 13 Hectare of mineralized and 22.73 Hectare of non-mineralized area

Due Dates:
The last date for sale of Tender Document from MSTC website is 05 Mar’18.
The due date for submission of technical bids is 07 Mar’18.
