Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL), also known as Vizag Steel is a navratna PSE under the ministry of steel, has issued a tender for export of 30,000 MT bloom. Bidders are required to quote for entire quantity.
In the fresh tender, delivery of the material is scheduled up to 15 Dec’17. Bidders can keep their offer firm and valid for acceptance by RINL till 15 Nov’17.

Prior to this, Vizag Steel had floated ocean export tender on 11 Oct’17 for 45,000 MT billets for end November shipment. Out of the total billet quantity put up for export, 15,000 MT was of size 90*90 mm and 30,000 MT was of size 150*150 mm. The due date for bid submission was 17 Oct’17. According to market sources report to SteelMint, billet export tender of size 150*150mm with 4 SP specifications concluded at around USD 470-475/MT, FoB India and the cargo is likely to be shipped to Sri Lanka. Freight is around USD 18-20/MT.
